The world as we know it is dead. The city has become hostile; the horizon full of danger. But from the chaos was born a shelter, «APRES», a place full of surprises in which you can protect yourself from the urban jungle. In a post-apocalyptic universe, nature takes back its rights. APRÈS will become your new refuge, always welcoming you with: a French restaurant full to the brim with flavours from yesteryear to share with your fellow survivors, a retro cocktail bar and an area dedicated to socialising and partying, in which DJs will hype you up to dance throughout the night.
APRÈS deviendra votre lieu de vie à toute heure, à la fois restaurant français aux saveurs d’antan et bar spécialisé en mixologie avec DJ sets en soirée. Un nouveau monde vous attend au rez-de-chaussée du Kube Hotel Paris... celui d’APRÈS.

On the table of APRÈS, a quintessentially gourmet bistronomic cuisine, with a mix of classics and think-outside-of-the-kube (sorry, we had to) creative dishes. The APRÈS dishes honour fresh and seasonal ingredients : sea bream tartare with citrus fruits, baked egg with foie gras and black trumpets homemade cream or the famous signature dish of the restaurant, the Boeuf Bourguignon. The perfect menu to enjoy a delicious dinner without feeling guilty thanks to carefully sourced products that will match perfectly with the cocktails of our mixology experts!
And when spring-summer comes, the APRÈS terrace will become the perfect place to feast, get some fresh air and take shelter within these calm hotel particulier walls.
